What information do we collect?
We use sign-in with Google for authenticating your account in the app. Through this, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and publicly available profile picture associated with your Google account.
We do not collect any usage data from Gmail, Drive, Docs, or any other private data from your Google account.
We may also collect call log data and phone numbers where required to enable key CRM features such as accurate logging and reporting of business calls, mapping calls to the correct contact, and sending notifications or follow-ups. This data is processed within the Firmli platform.
We may also collect details such as your device type, operating system version, device brand, and model number for analytics and debugging purposes only. This information is used solely to improve service performance and is not used for advertising or shared with third parties.
We collect information from you when you register, place an order, or respond to a survey.
When registering or ordering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, or other relevant details. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

When you integrate Firmli with Facebook, we collect your Facebook authentication information for authentication purposes only.
You can request deletion of the Facebook integration by writing to [email protected], and your personal data acquired from Facebook will be removed within 7 working days.
After integration, leads from your Facebook lead forms may be collected into the CRM in real time.
How can you monitor the collected data
You can view all leads collected from Facebook within the integration dashboard.
How can you request deletion of the data
Since leads and related history are essential business data, there is no self-service deletion interface to avoid accidental loss.
You may request deletion by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address, and the data will be deleted within 7 working days.
Disclaimer:
Once you request deletion, all leads and associated history will also be permanently removed.
